Patient Information
Appointments
Due to COVID-19, we do not currently accept walk-in appointments. You must book an appointment to be seen by one of our doctors in a care center. Please be prepared to fill out our Patient Acknowledgement Form and submit to temperature checks and a simple health assessment to assess your current health and risk level of having COVID-19. Thank you for your cooperation.
Fees
We use the American Dental Association 2020 fee guide.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Debit, Check and Care Credit. Payment is expected at the time of service. If you have dental insurance, we will print out an insurance form that will list the services provided. This form can be submitted to your insurance company who will reimburse you directly.

What To Expect
At the start of your visit, you will fill out standard forms. The dentist will then examine your mouth, and any necessary treatment and fees will be discussed prior to starting any treatment. When treatment is completed the dentist will prescribe any medications that are needed, and payment will be taken.
Follow-Up Care
We will let you know if any follow-up care is needed. We will, upon your approval, send a report along with any x-rays taken to your dentist to update them on the emergency dental care you received.
Our Facilities and Infection Control Procedures
We provide your dental emergency care in a fully equipped modern facility, with rigorous sterilization and infection control procedures, and new patient safety procedures such as in-vehicle waiting and text notifications, as well as patient and staff health assessment upon arrival.
